- Maida (All-purpose flour) – 2 cups
- Water – as needed
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Sugar – ½ tsp (optional, for softness)
- Oil – 3–4 tbsp
- Egg – 1 (optional, for extra softness)
Beef Curry – Ingredients
- Beef – 500g
- Onion – 2 (sliced)
- Tomato – 1 (chopped)
- Ginger–garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Green chillies – 2
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1½ tbsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
- Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Water – as needed
