- Noodles (any type: Hakka/Egg/Wheat) – 200g
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 4–5 cloves (finely chopped)
- Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
- Onion – 1 small (sliced)
- Carrot – ½ cup (julienned)
- Cabbage – ½ cup (shredded)
- Capsicum – ½ cup (sliced)
- Spring onion – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Optional: Egg / Chicken / Prawns / Paneer
