- Paneer – 1 cup (small cubes)
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tsp (optional for flavor)

- Carrot – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
- Beans – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
- Cabbage – ¼ cup (shredded)
- Capsicum – ¼ cup (sliced)
- Spring onion – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Aromatics
- Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Ginger – ½ tsp (finely chopped)

- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
